MOL’s Settle In service takes a property you’ve secured in Portugal and gets it ready to live in — from the practical setup (electricity, water and gas, internet, utility transfers and key handover) through to full furnishing and interior design, and on into ongoing care once you’ve moved in. Because so much of it — suppliers, deliveries, paperwork and providers — happens in Portuguese and on the ground, it’s hard to coordinate from abroad. So we handle it for you: you choose your level, approve the plan, and we run it remotely with regular photo and video updates, so you arrive to a home that’s ready the day you walk in.
